Despite repeatedly requesting that waxing be done in small patches to prevent ingrowth, my instructions were completely ignored. The AC was set at an unbearable temperature of 23 degrees, leaving me sweating uncomfortably throughout the waxing process. A single sponge was used than using disposable wipes to clean body parts could lead to skin infection specially informing that I am having sensitive skin type. Moreover, the hygiene standards were shockingly poor; the beds had a foul smell and were coated in some sort of oil. As for the pricing, it was outrageous. I was charged - 400 for normal honey full hand wax 400- for normal honey half legs 150 - additionally for normal hone underarms, 50 - for upper lips 50 - forhead Customer is ready to pay without asking a question if they get services worthy but this was not the case here thus I asked about extravagant prices. When I voiced my concerns about these exorbitant prices, the response I received was dismissive, suggesting that I simply should not compare rates of Urban Company as 'Archana's' parlor offers quality of products and services. No where asked about why I felt the disparity in pricess. No product was open infront of me and informed me about that product as they are so sure on the quality of products. It was clear that this establishment has no regard for customer satisfaction and is unable to accept constructive criticism. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this parlor to anyone seeking quality service and hygiene.

Having all kind of services from here since my childhood. Its the only salon i trust my skin and hair with. Please do try their facial services especially Hydra facial ,it did wonders to my skin. They will suggest the best according to your skin type.

Outstanding service given by Archana and her team for every beauty treatment I had taken. Its been 10 years now I am regular to her parlour treatments like waxing, facial, hair spa and got very good results. Her expertise reflects in her trainings to staff also. since I've started visiting Archana's Herbal Beauty Parlor from 2007, I never visited any other parlor barring exceptional occasion where her parlor is closed or I'm out of town .. Archana is very skilled & passionate about her work and always welcomes us with a smiling face. She is really good in her profession with vast years of experience. she also helps in clarifying our doubts and suggest the best suitable personalized treatments which gives perfect results. I've recently taken the Hair Botox treatment from her and i must accept it was wonderful experience. Archana and her staff was so helpful during this process as it was my first experience on my hair but they were also so encouraging providing positive comments from time-to-time. the result is awesome !!
