Mary and fauzia are very sweet and helpful. Also jawed played good songs so we didn't get bored. Very neat and hygienic. Mary did an excellent work on my nails and Fauzia was sweet showed me amazing options of design and colours.

Nails looked good initially but started cracking soon, gemstones fell off. Went to get them removed 3 weeks later, today and the staff was okay initially but became very insolent when i mentioned i won't be getting gel nails done and because i merely asked if there were any discounts going on. The extension removal process was awkward and not comfortable as the device kept on hurting my nail beds and skin around but the woman was brash and kept dismissing it to a point that i stopped saying anything. Asking for discounts is not that deep, chill out, you don't need to laugh and belittle a customer, saying a respectful no is enough. Work on the customer service.

Mary was very professional and she explained everything that she was doing. Her artwork was done with a lot of care and she did everything with a lot of patience and precision. Loved my nails!! Couldn't have asked for a better nail technician! Thank you!
