Absolutely Unreliable and Unprofessional - Avoid at All Costs I had the worst experience with Jasmine Shaikh, who claims to be a home salon professional. She confirmed a 7 AM appointment for my housewarming day--a big, once-in-a-lifetime event. Not only did she completely ghost me, but her phone was switched off the entire morning. No message, no call, no apology. Just vanished. I was left hanging in a terrible state, with no backup and no time to find someone else. This is beyond unprofessional--it's disgraceful. You cannot treat clients this way, especially when they're counting on you for important occasions. DO NOT book her. Jasmine Shaikh is extremely unreliable and does not respect her commitments. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.

Jasmin did a very good head massage . Best facial massage too. I liked her service. Unbeatable value for money. I definitely book again!!!! Thank you for your service

Fixes an appointment and then doesn't have the courtesy to call to cancel or say she is not able to come. Called multiple times and has not answered despite my call going to call waiting. Disrespectful and shameless behaviour towards a regular customer.
