Wanted to give 0 star. For sayali I had very bad experience for their makeup service . Unprofessional staff , they don't communicate clearly with customer prior to service and also they don't even listen to customer what they actually want ,I was not satisfied with my look but instead of making changes she convinced me to keep it. Low quality product they used.I could not argue with them because I was already running out of time for the party . for all 0 Star customer satisfaction,unprofessional and rude behaviour, they don't have actual knowledge on proper makeup so I won't recommend for makeup service. Please save your money and time. Please don't do makeup by Sayali. She is totally unprofessional. It's a humble Request to Rohini Mam please look into it.

Love the service .i did hair colour and hair highlights and keratin treatment which was done with care and hygiene to my satisfaction.love the ambience .Thank you Sayli and kajal for wonderful highlights and keratin treatment .now permanent member.

Today i got my facial, waxing and haircut done by kajal, had an amazing experience! She is a very talented girl, loved the service! Would definitely recommend everyone to visit for amazing services

I visited several time but this time I got my face burnt by one of the employee. I told to only do cheeks hair removal, still did it where my skin was sensitive. Told me its just temporary .I visited my dermatologist. Now the mark will be on my face for months.

Happy and satisfied with hair treatment Botox done at Beauty Palace Baner staff was helpful and polite. Parlour is good, and i got the appointment as per my preferred time slots and at reasonable rates. Happy with the procedure and performance by the stylist Sayli and kajal . The staff and management team are also welcoming and managing my bookings over a call to my preferences.

Staff is ridiculuous, both Kajal and Sayali took my waxing and during the whole process, this girl Sayali was typically rude and continuously speaking that your hair growth is not upto the mark, it's too hard, hair are ingrown, i have to apply wax twice etc etc. If you are there to provide service then you have to pariently serve each type of customer rather than making customer feel at every instant that something is wrong with themselves. None treated it like this before at any salon. The other girl kajal was just applying hot wax in hurry and i told i might get skin burn still was not listening and making rude faces on me. Staff is pathetic, parlour is not at all classy this villager staff girls are making the salon look more hell by their service and expressions towards customer. When i visited there was one lady already arguing with sayali for some amount which shows there is something wrong with staff only and not with the customers.

Good service by sayli excellent work and massage is very nice for sayli she is very professional and management is very nice thank you sayli by all services
