Posting this review after my 6th visit at coco nails ( KP Branch ) in the last 1 year or so. I am very sceptical when it comes to nails or manicure but consistently they have only won my confidence and hence this review. Basic gel paints, extensions , cat eye effect to the recent marble effect finish I haven't been happier with the end result. All the nail technical at this branch really good but I would like to specially mention Neel for doing a marvellous job with the marble effect.

I had specifically asked for gel overlay even though they did only gel polish, it's been just one day and it's chipped, from my experience they don't listen to you and don't do the job properly

The service was impeccable, and our nails turned out absolutely perfect--10/10! I highly recommend Coco Nails to anyone looking for top-notch nail services in Pune. I was not happy with my last service when they put a trainee on the job who literally ruined my natural nails. She did not know the correct process and was unwilling to do it even after I told her the right one. The gel just came off on it's own which had never happened in the 4yrs that I have been doing this from other salons ! My nails became all brittle and painful because of their process which is also very time consuming as you will have to spend 4-6 hrs to get it all done, but wrongly ! They just want to sit for hours scrubbing the gel with the filler and do nothing else ! Overall I find them a bit irresponsible towards the clients needs and are only forcing their way for ease and more money. They are never willing to do the shape or process as per my needs. After all this they offer 15% off on the high charges that they are already taking compared to others to cover up the damage they have already done

COCO Nails Koregaon Park has been my go-to nail salon for a year now, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by my nail technician, Neel. His expertise in nail art is truly impressive. The entire staff exudes warmth and professionalism, making each visit a delightful experience. Highly recommended for both quality and hospitality.

Extremely poorly organized. Despite booking 2 simultaneous mani/pedi services, we were served only by one technician. I had emphasized while booking an appointment that I want the 2 services to be performed simultaneously. Despite claiming to be a unisex establishment, we were told the other manicurist does not tend to male clients. So it took us 4.5 hours for services that should have taken 2 at the most. No resolution to my grievance was provided. I sat there for 2 hours with my feet in cold water. The technician who did serve us, Ritu, did an excellent job with immaculate attention to detail. The poor review is only for management, not for our technician, who was polite, informative, and generally pleasant.
