I had a wonderful experience at Florence beauty Salon! Staff did an amazing job with my haircut and highlights--I got exactly the color I wanted. They also suggest me great recommendations on how to maintain my hair, which I really appreciated. The hair spa was incredibly relaxing, and the products used were of excellent quality. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this salon! I get all my beauty services done here, and it has become my go-to place for a relaxing mother-daughter pampering session. I even bring my mom and mother-in-law along, and we always have a wonderful time. The service is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. Their gel nail paint is the best in town--long-lasting and beautifully done. And the head massage? Pure bliss! Highly recommend this place for a luxurious and relaxing experience!

I've been getting threading done by Aishwarya for the past three years. Her finishing is excellent, and she also does waxing very well. Threading usually causes some pain, but with her, I've never experienced any cuts or discomfort. I would definitely say that Aishwarya is really good for threading and similar services I got a pedicure and manicure done by Anita, and she's really good at it. Her massage was very relaxing, and she's very polite. Her work is excellent. Deepti did my eye treatment, HydraFacial, and back polishing. For threading, I recommend Aishwarya -- she is excellent and very polite. I really liked her work, especially the massage, which was very relaxing. I highly recommend trying this for a truly relaxing experience The salon is really good -- you should definitely visit at least once.

I visited this salon on my sisters recommendation and I am pleased with the staff and the service they provided. I booked with short notice around evening and Dipti and Kavita gave me best service. Thanks to them. All staff if very friendly and highly professional. Also would like to thanks Nikita for beautiful hair colour and hair cut. Other staff was also professional. I dint like the services at all, the staff was busy on phone calls.... I asked how much will be the charges for additional services on face clean up I was lied by the one sitting at the front desk and while paying the bill it was so high as soon as I asked how did u charge me so much when I was not told this amount while doing the face clean up.... They lied.... And the whole attitude changed towards me I got face allergy after the product they used on me got small tiny pimples on my whole face......The employee was so talkative while doing my clean up.... Then in the middle they the person who was doing my services..... I had to ask them plzzz ask them and wash my hand and legs while doing meni pedi...... Pathetic services will not recommend anybody to use their services......

I am a regular customer of Florence and truly appreciate the way they treat their clients. Recently, I had a facial and waxing done, and Dipti, who works there, provided exceptional service. She made the experience so delightful, and as always, I left feeling very happy with their service! Would you like this refined further or formatted for a specific purpose?

Have been using their products for a long time now. The products are really good. The staff is friendly. I have a very sensitive skin, so not all type of products suit me but they always guide me properly on what kind of products could suit my skin type

Most beautiful salon ever i visited. I have done silk bliss protein Refiller treatment there. The service is too good. The staff is experienced and expert in every services. Highly recommended I'm very satisfied with the salon service. Ambience is so beautiful, they have seperate hair and skin sections. Dedicated section for foot care and nails too. Amazingly decorated salon. Must visit !
