The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. Akshada is talented expert in her skills and knows the latest trends of hairstyle and colours.She helped me to understand different styles, hair textures, and hair colour.She coloured my hair fantastically that suited well to my facial features and changed my entire look. On 20 th March 2022 Sunday I went to Gazelle Dhole Patil Road parlour for Global colouring, though I don't have grey hair it was handled so badly by hair dresser named Rushali. Sharing front pictures of my hair done so badly, photos taken after two washes hoping it would become better after wash. It's giving look as if someone has haphazardly applied henna at home. My New Year was spoilt next day.

Extremely warm and lovely place. All the staff is super sweet. Anahita is a lovely person. Totally invested in her client's requirement. The fact that they have been serving people in Pune for so many years speaks volumes about their commitment and expertise. They are very open to suggestions and make sure that they get the styling correct.
