I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the pedicure service I received at your Aundh location on March 18th. Specifically, I was disappointed with the quality of the service provided by your staff. The pedicure did not meet my expectations, and I found the overall experience to be unsatisfactory. Furthermore, I encountered an issue regarding my discount card. I purchased this card and was questioned by a staff member about whether it was purchased at the Aundh location. This inquiry was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I expect that my discount card should be honored without question at any of your locations. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of service and respect. I would appreciate a response from you regarding this complaint and a resolution to my dissatisfaction.

Mr. Aditya and Mr. Sagar are very professional hair salonists. I got consultation, hair-care tips, and a perfect haircut from Mr. Aditya while my mother got the same amicable and skilful treatments from Mr. Sagar Overall, it is a highly recommended salon with a beautiful and clean setup along with very experienced staff.

The stylist was incredibly patient and professional while cutting my 2.5-year-old toddler's hair. The stylist made my little one feel comfortable and even managed to give him a stylish, perfect haircut despite his wiggling. The attention to detail and friendly atmosphere were truly impressive. I went to get a Hair color touch-up done. The Guy who was doing the hair touch-up was very unprofessional. He was washing my hair as if he is cleaning a rug, for once I told him "Ki please aaramse karo', to which he said "andar andar color hai toh thik se wash kar raha hoon", to which I felt let it be...But my hairs was being pulled badly. Later to my surprise my t-shirt was wet & also had color, he was working with zero interest. After all this nonsense, he did blow-dry my hair as if he was drying a doormat. Very unprofessional behavior. All he was trying to say that I should get a spa or Botox. Very unprofessional behavior & work.
