Kalyani Umrani (owner) and her staff are extremely professional, kind and loving. All the products used for beauty treatments are of very good quality. And I would like to give five stars for cleanliness and hygiene as well, which is strictly followed by all her staff and students, which is the most important thing to be followed especially dealing in beauty treatments. I have very curly and frizzy hair and was finding it difficult to manage. She suggested protein treatment and I finally decided to do it. I have done highlights too, which is looking great. She herself and her staff(Aarati) did excellent job and I am loving it. Thank you Kalyani.

Impressions truly lives up to its name. While we missed Kalyani during her travels, her team took excellent care of me. The place is spotless and hygienic, with a warm, knowledgeable staff. Even though I was pressed for time, they didn't cut corners and made sure I received thorough, attentive service, guiding me every step of the way. I had a wonderful experience at this parlour with Arti and Swati. Both were extremely polite, kind, and professional throughout. I got waxing and my eyebrows done, and the results were perfect! They made sure I was comfortable at every step. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Their punctuality and attention to detail were impressive. Their customer focus, hygiene, friendly staff and perfection draws my daughter to Impressions as well now.
