Lookwell Salon - Baner, Pune

I had a wonderful experience at Salon Look Well! The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and had such good vibes. I was especially impressed with Ashwini, who did my pedicure and nail filing. She was professional, attentive, and really skilled at her work--I felt completely pampered. The tasty tea was a lovely touch too. Highly recommend both the salon and Ashwini for a relaxing and high-quality service!

When it comes to negative reviews, I'm the last one to pen down.. but when the experiences are horrible you absolutely have no choice. I went there for my daughter's haircut. She is just 3 yr old and I had confirmed that a professional will handle her. The staff person Sameer assured me that he will handle the haircut and do a good job. Towards the middle of the haircut, I realised that he didn't do a mid partition haircut and only did haircut considering my daughter's original partition. It was disappointing to know this after the damage was done. He said he can't undo it. Now till the time my daughter grows her hair back, I cannot style her hair in any other way. Also, he did not pay attention and his scissor hurt my child. Her ear bled but he kept saying that nothing happened and didn't let me look at her throughout the haircut. She cried really badly but he didn't had an ounce of remorse and kept ignoring me. Her haircut looks really bad and I regret my choice of trusting this hair salon for her 1st ever haircut. Highly disappointed and ofcourse never going back. Zero customer service whatsoever!

I have been regularly doing my hair care and treatment with them, but what was outstanding was Kapil who really is an expert and extremely professional, did a fantastic job with my highlights+treatment. He did the most complicated process with an ease and a lot of patience and confidence. If you are looking for a complete professional experience please do go for it. The entire staff is polite.

It was my first ever session for the pedicure and really felt relaxed, amazing and positive. I loved her {Sneha} service and the way she treated me and made me feel comfortable. Expecting the next session with her only as she is really kind, soft and amazing.

I came to Pune and searched this parlour in Google. I loved the service spacial thanks to Ashwini facial and pedicure was superb. Also, thanks to hair expert for giving such a lovely botox treatment. I will definitely visit again if I come to Pune.

Absolutely the worst haircut experience I've ever had. The barbers here are completely unskilled and have no idea what they're doing. I went in for a simple haircut, and they butchered it -- my hair is now uneven, patchy, and totally out of shape. It looks like someone took a pair of dull scissors and hacked away blindly. I'm genuinely shocked they call themselves professionals. Save your hair, your time, and your money -- go anywhere else but here.
