The girl who doing threading is so rude and adamant. She just want to do what she feel's is right. I told her I wanted feature cut and she literally being adamant for layer cut. And finally after the hair also she was nagging that I should have done layer cut. And threading also she didn't properly remove the extra's. She asked me to do O2 treatment for dark-circles and guaranteed there will be atleast a slight difference and I paid more than 2000 for one sitting yet there is not even a one percentage difference. I am not satisfied with their service

I opt for hair color at this place, before I proceed with it, I told them my desired shade and product they agreed on the same, and throughout the coloring procedure the lady keep making false statement that it's the exact shade I want. But after the wash I came to know they have applied a different shade on my hairs. They are just making fool of people by doing such things, waste of money and time.

Worst experience I face my my skin totally burnt so worst service experience of waxing never ever visit again

My past experiences were good with them, even though it was clients rush but well trained staff were also available. But now, even if clients are less, staffs are less, not well trained, unmannered and they are working like to finish somehow. So, now I am not visiting the parlor on regular basis.

I had been visiting Macy's for years now. They provide excellent service. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Their packages are affordable and service is good. I wish them good luck for the future.
