I had an amazing experience at Olivia. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and skilled. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The salon is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I got a haircut, facial, manicure, pedicure , hairSpa and the results were beyond my expectations. The beautician took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent service with great attention to detail. The products used were high-quality, and I could see the difference immediately. Overall, a fantastic experience! I highly recommend Olivia to anyone looking for top-notch beauty services. I will definitely be coming back!

The service is excellent and they are very warm and welcoming. They keep a check on whether the customer is comfortable during all the services or not. It's commendable. They are new and learning yet they are good at what they do.

Absolute worst experience ever. The staff lacks training and integrity. Today I went for hair style and I specifically asked for heat protection before using any heated tools, but they sprayed something else and used a straightener on high heat. I smelled and saw smoke while they were styling, thinking the protectant was on. Afterward, I checked the bottle and found it was curl-holding spray, not heat protectant. When I confronted the stylist, she claimed it was the only spray available. I'm beyond disappointed and will never return or recommend this salon--they lack integrity.
