One of the challenges when one moves cities is finding a parlour that's hygienic, well trained & friendly staff, overall a welcoming ambience, good lighting etc. OE fulfills not just the above but far more in context to the outcome of all the requested services. I have been visiting them every month since their inception in KP. Took a couple of turns for the helpful and instinctively kind beauticians and stylists to understand my choices and have never had to repeat . Since they send regular updates about new product and services periodically I plan in advance and it's always actualized with utmost care. Totally satisfied with the products used for my upkeep I recently got my nails done with Gel polish and so loved it. Ms Kavita had a vision and she excels at execution and team building. Warm hearted Vaishali, Zubi, Junaid are extremely consistent under her leadership. I walk in tired sometimes and am immediately uplifted with the courteous greetings. The cool and hot drinks follow as per my choice. On days when I spend some long hours in indulging and overhauling my myself here my requests to order in a small meal is met graciously. It's a big deal to a client like me to be dealt with consideration and generosity specially in these pandemic times. OE scores Triumphant and content as a OE regular for years. I cannot begin to express how amazing the experience was! The staff and owner were extremely polite and my hair has been feeling the best for 3 days straight now. The ph ritual products smelled amazing and because they were all vegan, my hair loved them. I'd recommend the same to literally anyone who goes to the place. The ambience was very fun and relaxing to be in, especially with perfect music playing in the background. The salon was also environment friendly from its products to decor, with bamboo decorations, copper vessels and it ofcourse made the experience much better.

Great place. Have always been skeptical when it comes to hair treatments. But here, since they use all vegan products I opted for hair smoothing last year in July yes 2018. My hair were all frizzy and out of control then. To my surprise my hair stayed beautiful for the entire year and now here I'm again for the same treatment. Got my smoothing done again today. Set for a year now. The staff is extremely polite and always welcomes you with a bright smile. Met with the owner Kavita this time. Such a humble person. Positive vibes. Worth every penny! Highly recommend!

Had availed their smoothening service in 2020 and was super happy with the results hence decided to avail the same again this year. But disappointed to the core with their service. Anyone availing their smoothening service please do not fall trap of the same day treatment for below reasons - they charge you the same hefty amount which may be small for them basis the location they serve but it's really quite a lot of money -If you have been colouring your hair regularly and take the one day treatment your hair colour is bound to change, but if you take the 2days treatment less probability of inheriting some weird hair colour. -Though they claim the results to be same from 1 day and 2 day process, I do not agree as I was already unhappy the next day as there were waves already on the third day after the treatment. -They did try to do a damage control but would recommend to explore other options as they really charge almost 2.5times more than the market rate.

Very polite staff. I have been visiting this salon almost 2 years and every time i get 10/10 services. There products are really very good and completely organic. Specially Jubi she personally takes very care of her clients she tries to understand our requirements and gives 100% on it without any fake commitments. Salon interior is like what to say...you just visit and feels all the negative thoughts are out from mind. Just amazing and relaxing.

Love to see a fully vegan salon! The lady who did my nails (she was from Darjeeling) was so bubbly and a joy to talk to. I'm so happy to support businesses that protect the animals. :)

I have visited OE twice and it was an amazing experience. The vibe this place gives makes you feel you are in another world. Super relaxing and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I went for the facial and I must say Vaishali has done her job so well. I have sensitive skin and Vaishali handled it very calmly and the results were amazing. Highly recommend this salon!

Got hot stone spa done and it was so so relaxing. No hot burns and completely safe to get it done from here as the staff is very friendly and amazing at their work. Also Got a facial done and I can see some good results with that as well. Brownie points for well lit ambience. Highly recommended.
