I'd a great experience for my first hair colour. Poonam understood exactly what I needed, answered all my questions patiently and transformed my otherwise jet black hair to gorgeous shades of brown. I'm really glad I found her, would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Poonam for 4 years now, and have got everything done from haircuts and keratin to color. I love her work, and I love the fact that she really listens to the client, but also offers her own suggestions without being too forceful. Earlier this year, she did my sister's bridal makeup and the whole experience was amazing. She was professional, skillful and also just a really relaxed, easygoing presence on my sisters special day. I'm so glad she could be a part of our wedding day memories :) And needless to say, my sister looks FABULOUS with her makeup and hair done.

Just like all other girls i was holding back the hair coloring which can lead to major damage to hairs. But surprisingly when i did the highlights from Poonam Lalwani there was no damage at all & highlights was looking great! She knows the key to do the highlights without any damage to hairs. Till today i have done the highlights twice from poonam & also she will be doing the future ones too! Highly recommended! :)

Poonam did 2 hair and makeup looks for me for my wedding in November. Her work and artistry is of incredible quality and was honestly flawless. The makeup photographed beautifully and lasted all day. I received numerous comments from guests and family about how amazing of a job she did. Beyond her work, Poonam is incredibly professional and most importantly, was perfectly on time. Her communication prior to the wedding was exceptional, and she went above and beyond recommending jewelry, looks, photographers, and wedding clothing shops when asked for recommendations. As I am Canadian and travelled to Pune right before my wedding, I had to find a makeup artist online with little knowledge of who to trust. I generally do not wear makeup and was extremely nervous I would look over done and the colours would not match my skin tone. Poonam did and incredible job picking the right shades and creating a look that was subtle but beautiful. She matched my skin tones and my outfits perfectly. I am absolutely thrilled with Poonam's work. She is kind, friendly, and very talented. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone for any occasion, and truly believe she added so much to my wedding day.
