Not really good experience for me. Everytime I go there the assistant take so long for doing the eyebrows. And today I had the worst experience, the owner was there and her 2 assistants were there. So I asked them to get my eyebrow, forehead and upperlips done. I asked wax for upperlips. 1st thing the assistant took so long to do my eyebrows, and then when she was about to start upperlips, she saw that wax is not heated. I mean this whole time while she was doing the eyebrow, couldn't she check on the wax. I left without getting my wax done.It's been 3/4 times that I had such experience. Really not appreciated. Since I shifted to this area few months back, I am not able to go to my old salon because that's too far. So had to switch my salon, and since this was nearest and saw the reviews were good so I thought I'll go. But back to back same experience and the owner takes no interest in customer problems I feel. Maybe I'll find another one.
