They are absolutely amazing. If you are looking for the best services at the comfort of your home this is your saviour. The website and staff are super friendly, the booking process is smooth and their work is perfect. They are the bikini wax experts, I have been using their services since I have come to Pune and there is no turning back.

I recently used a home salon service for waxing, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The waxing technician showed up late and seemed disorganized from the start. But, the worst part was that I ended up with burn marks from the waxing process. Not only were the burn marks painful, but they also looked unsightly and took a long time to heal. I had to apply special creams and ointments to the affected areas for days after the waxing session. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the salon to complain and seek a resolution, they were unresponsive and dismissive of my concerns. It was clear that they didn't take my complaints seriously, and they did not offer any compensation or solution to the problem. Overall, I would not recommend this home salon service to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor service, and resulting burn marks made for an unpleasant and painful experience that I would not wish on anyone.

This is in respect to the review I posted 5 days back. I have received a reply stating that my aunty gave the executive a tip of 300/- That was because, the executive was too young and inexperienced. So with empathy she gave her the extra 300/- My concern is that you come for the service without the products and ask us to provide you the products for use What's the point of charging a bomb and making fool of the client. You can't just walk up and ask for shampoo and conditioner. What am I paying for if the products also have to be provided by us. Post the review I posted, I received multiple messages from the company to delete the review. If things were fine, they should have acknowledged me right. The beautician visited my place for a haircut and did an amazing job. I was quite apprehensive as I tried their services for the 1st time and I was going from waist length hair to shoulder length hair but I am so pleasantly surprised with the result. The price was also reasonable. Will definitely go for other services too.

My experience was good payal was very professional and she did a good job Although there could be few improvement in terms of gown for waxing that is basic thing that all other home beautician apps provide Overall good

I do waxing and facial service from them every month and their services are fabulous... The beauticians they send are really talented girls... Thy work nicely... ND they respond well when in comes to customers queries... Their whole staff is good.. I highly recommend you to book from them

Politely and respectfully giving my feedback that I'm extremely disappointed in the service. - There was no proper haircut it was a two minute something, and as a professional service I expected better products than Dove. The beautician had no towels or sheet or even proper combs. - The facial had no back massage as originally stated. - I additionally got threading done (maybe this does not come under your purview) but I have blood spots on my eyebrows after. As an injured person back from the hospital I expected this to relax me but it just made me feel worse.
