Entire staff womens speak very nicely and offer the services as per our sensitivity of skin. good offers and packages. budget friendly for waxing purpose. also.the main leader has good knowledge about hair cut and styles. i requested to cut in a particular way showing the image and was happy with results. very nice experience. covid norms are followed. network issues and no WIFI available. so get the screenshot of services of bought online form nearby voucher etc. have opened new branches in KP , tingre nagar as well.

Appreciation - What a service given by prachi. She was extremely careful considering my pregnancy. She was damn good with the facial and spa waxing. She very well knows the pressure points for relaxing during the massage given during the facial and spa. Unfortunately since i almost arrived before the closing time , service time got shortened but i still appreciate the service she gave. Hoping to come again and experience it even better. Thankyou.

I visited this place with my friend as she had an issue with the hair smoothening treatment she got here. Her hair is literally burnt.The staff was very rude and unprofessional .It seems as if nobody over there knew even the first thing about hair. We have pictures of her hair as proof and videos as well but they outright denied that anything was even wrong with her hair in the first place. The owner especially was very very rude, crude, ignorant, impolite and insulting not only did they fail to offer a fair compensation but also put it upon themselves to insult and defame both me and my friends. The hair treatment was nothing but a disaster. It has completely ruined her hair which will now require extensive treatment which is very expensive apart from this terrible service they are very rude i would request everyone to not visit this place at all unless you don't love your hair and want it burnt off . I would like for the owner to reflect on this unfortunate incident and learn from it how one should treat their customers and how one should conduct business and learn a little about customer satisfaction lastly learn some courtesy and politeness . You really need to work on your attitude and arrogance

I am visiting this salon since quite many years now. Services, prices and staff is good. Just an improvement needed in service timings which is very less as they rush by tracking every minute, which does not provide relaxation and complete satisfaction. Infact the owner will do it better, but the staff is trained to rush and finish early. Secondly when you opt for a service with a certain brand product and pay more accordingly for that, they will in between use one or more local products and when you question they will tell you to bring the products by yourself. My question here is then why are we paying more for the particular brand if we have to manage bringing ourselves?
