Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the Money! I had a terrible experience at this salon after paying 1000 for a signature face cleanup. The service was absolutely not worth the price and completely unprofessional. According to their menu, the service is supposed to last 40-45 minutes, but mine was wrapped up in just 30 minutes -- rushed and careless. The room had a fan and AC, but neither was turned on, making it hot, stuffy, and very uncomfortable during the entire session. The worst part -- no massage at all, even though that's a basic and essential part of a cleanup. Steam was given for just 3 minutes, and it was extremely harsh on the face. I requested multiple times to reduce or remove it, but the staff kept insisting that "high steam is necessary" -- completely ignoring my discomfort. All they did was apply products and wipe them off. No effort, no technique, and certainly no pampering. After complaining to the manager, they offered a pathetic 100 discount -- as if that would fix the ruined experience. This was supposed to be their "signature" service,Completely unprofessional staff with zero regard for customer comfort or service standards. I will never return and I highly do not recommend this salon.

Yes it was a good experience with Varsha. I did hair highlights with global. I really liked her service and I am very happy

Very disappointed with my experience. I specifically asked for curtain bangs, but the stylist gave me a completely different haircut. On top of that, she added front layers without even asking me, which I never wanted. It was nothing like what I had asked for. Worst experience--definitely not going back.

I had gone for many treatment but after doing my brows i didn't asked other services as they hv made huge cut over brows and for clean up they use non branded creams while they hv different types of clean up bt at the end they use same product for all . Also the lady who was doing clean up was wasting too much of tym by engaging herself in switching light on n off going downstairs . Wht I mean is the items werent prepared beforehand so basically tym was taken to arrange the things while clean up was hardly 10 min procedure

Service was good.. I loved the hair wash session a lot hair cut was amazing too... Very supportive staff... Haircut done by Varsha and Nikhat did my hairwash
