Most amazing salon I've come across, been coming here since years and never been disappointed. So hygienic, super friendly staff and owner, perfect at their work.. they do things with so much patience and what amazing hair straighting service as well.. so reasonable being in koregaon park..

Will never visit again! I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Suso's! I would always visit the salon for a hair colour and a few days ago went there to cut fringes. Mind you, my hair is waist length and I never chop them off. I visited the salon around 11am, probably I was the first client, and I asked if they'd cut fringes for me. I got a very dull response, and when the lady cut my hair, she cut it in such a way that a very thick amount of my hair from the back of my ear, THATS NOT MEANT TO BE CUT OF A FRINGE is chopped at shoulder length. This place was loved for haircolour and treatments and I also recommended my frim da for the same, but now, I'll never make that mistake. Today my hair looks so fragile and thin, which took YEARS to grow. Nothing can bring back the hair I lost. And also, Suso's have lost a client or probably two. I'm not sure if this matters to them, but I'm never visiting this place again.

Just had my lip waxed here. I am a beauty therapist myself and was horrified with the service I received. Fair enough it was very cheap, only 50 rupees and it showed. It was 3pm none of the wax pots were on, she scraped what little of the wax that was warm from the outside of the pot to put onto my lip with a knife, yup a knife that you would eat your diner with. The wax was not warm enough and the girl did not have a good technique (clearly little practice) as a result she took the top layer of skin off, so I will now e left with a scab. I wish I hadn't been so desperate to get it done otherwise I would have walked straight out when I saw the wax pots were off.

No staff there, even after taking appointment they start attending other clients, leave the work in between. I went there for hair colour and cut she didn't even do my hair cut as she was busy with other client yet charged me full amount, she just barely trimmed my hair. Pathetic hair colouring skills, no blending nothing. Hated it

Regular client to them from almost 8 years now, super sweet & humble staff and value for money. Service no doubt is amazing. Best part of them is that if they do a mistake they are always ready to rectify and listen to client need. Hugs to you team

I've had a great experience with Susos for very long now ! They are very professional and friendly with affordable rates. I got a facial done recently and am really happy with the results !

They did my hair colour and even highlights form there. I love the result. The staff and the service was good .
