It's amazing place to groom yourself. The barber who did my haircut and shave was very polite and attentive. They offered best service. Yes, the service is expensive but it has authentic feel and products they use are amazing. Also tools they use and smoothness when they run razor while shaving is amazing. I really enjoyed my shave as well and felt so relaxed. Warm towels they keep on face feels so good, especially in winters. Yes, it's luxury salon and must try. The only thing I didn't like is they keep preaching for buying their package.

A very premium mens barbershop. 5/5 for service. They offer yearly packages of 82k and 99k which are worth it only if utilized to the fullest. Otherwise it's very expensive. A regular haircut costs 1900 and a haircut with massage costs 2900. Would definitely recommend it for those who can afford it.

Disappointed with the Experience - Overhyped and Underwhelming. All that glitters is not gold, and unfortunately, Truefitt & Hill in Koregaon Park proved just that. Known for its luxurious reputation, I walked in with high expectations, but the experience was far from what was promised. This was my first visit, and I received a haircut from a lady barber (I believe she was from the North-East, though I didn't catch her name). Despite explaining my desired style clearly, she completely disregarded my instructions and botched the haircut. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the premium prices they charge. I also opted for a few other services, hoping to salvage the experience, but those turned out to be just as disastrous--and in some cases, even painful. The staff appeared undertrained and inexperienced, which was shocking for a place that markets itself as a luxury grooming destination. Overall, this visit felt like a complete waste of time and money. I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking professional grooming or value for their money.

This is a fantastic place to look after your hair needs. Thanks to Mukeem, the barber and Rajesh, at reception. I was provided with a great experience. They were professional and extremely efficient. Loved the hospitality.

Services are really good. Staff is so cooperative and treat you well. Offers chai and coffee while having your services on. Best place to get pampered yourself. They only have services for males. No services for females.

After hearing a lot about this place I decided to go for a haircut and a beard trim. My haircut is ruined despite giving instructions every 5 mins and showing multiple pictures with every angle. The barber left the fade uneven on either side of my face. I even had to mention that the fade was different on either side of my head multiple times and it still doesn't look the same after the haircut. There is a huge difference between the haircut I wanted vs the haircut I received and I wouldn't recommend for people trying this place for the first time especially before a special occasion.
