Tuku's ZAARRAA Professional Beauty Unisex Salon in Camp Pune

I am writing this review after my first visit to the saloon, I was looking for a haircut and it was my luck that the saloon was celebrating their 5th birthday after opening, hence I was offered a discount for a hair spa along with the haircut My hairstylist was Ankush, he did a great job with the hair spa I have very frizzy hair, now my hair is really soft and manageable, He seemed to be quite knowledgeable and skillful. I was recommended by him to have a layer/ step cut done to make my hair look more voluminous. The hair cut has improved the look of my face overall. I walked in with very uneven hair, short at some places and long at others, walked out with nice shiny hair and a smart look. I recommend this saloon for haircuts and hairstyling, they offer a variety of other beauty treatments as well like body massage, nails, etc, the place looked hygienic and clean, rest of the staff was well behaved and offered me cold water and other beverages. In all, I had a good experience here and hope they keep up the good work.

Never visit this salon. They don't even know how to do the eyebrows. Made the worst mistake now I am going home with one thinner eyebrow on the left side. And instead of acknowledging, the audacity to tell me to do the other brow as thin as the one which was already ruined. And listen the excuse "the eyebrow pencil" like seriously? If she saw I had eyebrow pencil on she could have told me that she is not comfortable or just told me to remove it whatever ..instead of ruining someone's face frame. Train your employees for godsake. That's basic !! Every person applies eyebrows pencil which infact helps the person for the outline. Pathetic !!! I wouldn't even have given one star The fact that I was planning to do multiple services but the first one ruined my entire month as it will take a month to grow back. Worst salon I mean it

Hair oiling and spa was done by Swati mam &facial was done by Nisha mam .Both services were relaxing .I was impressed

Very bad experience, i specifically told them about the products that suit my hair for smoothening, despite that they used unknown products The smoothening did not stay for even 2 days They told me to come back in one month which was not possible for me as i am not a local and i rescheduled for 2 months later which they agreed And after 2 months they are just trying to force me for a more expensive treatment or to pay the almost the full charges again The place is mostly empty for a reason
