WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not fall for their trap. Wasted 70000 trusting them. 50k for weight loss and 20k for skin. No weight loss happened. Made my skin worse. Had to roam around with a big red patch on my bday because of them. Their good behaviour is their marketing.

I had my laser treatment, sitara di took a good care of me . She was so polite and I didn't had any pain . Even the hygiene was also good . I was really comfortable with her and she didn't let me feel any pain, and one of the awesome things was that after my session my skin looked smooth and clear . So overall I had awesome experience....

I'm writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with VLCC after my visit. Initially, I went there to get a manicure and pedicure to address tanning. However, Shweta suggested I opt for a peel treatment to remove the tan and convinced me to take it, which I reluctantly agreed to. I chose to pay via EMI, with the total cost being 60,000 for only three sessions. During my first session, they applied peeling cream to my hands and legs using a very small amount, spreading it unevenly and leaving several patches untreated. The second session followed the proper procedure, but the third session was absolutely terrible. They completely disregarded standard operating procedures, which resulted in a severe reaction on my skin due to their negligence. As a result, I developed rashes all over my hands and legs, causing intense itching that lasted for nearly a week. The itching was so severe that I couldn't sleep at night. I've attached pictures for reference. Additionally, three different staff members two of them were doctors and center head had attended to me across the three sessions, none of whom were aware of what happened during the previous sessions, asking me to explain my situation each time. When I requested a refund for the last session, which cost around 20,000, they refused and pressured me to undergo another round of peeling, which I declined due to the adverse reaction I had already experienced. Instead, they offered me two medi-facials, costing 10,000 each. Unfortunately, the medi-facial experience was equally terrible. The staff did not follow the correct procedures, failed to remove whiteheads and blackheads, no proper and my face looked no different than before the treatment. When I expressed my concerns about the blackheads, the attendant tried to manipulate me with explanations about exfoliation and other excuses. And after insisting removed my blackheads at the end of session which should have been done prior to applying mask. The treatment procedure required a thick layer of clay mask at the end, but the attendant applied such a thin layer that it couldn't be peeled off, and I was told to wash my face myself. my regular parlour delivers far better facials that actually gives a glow--something VLCC failed to achieve. The staff and doctors at this clinic are untrained and careless. I strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money at VLCC. They seem more focused on taking your money than providing proper care and results. If you want to waste your money, go ahead--but I strongly recommend you avoid this place. There are far better places, do your proper research first before going anywhere and use your money wisely as these beauty centres are now taking over the markets and manipulating people just for sake of money! At the end no one cares. All the best!

VLCC Kalyani Nagar's slimming therapist Chandrashekhar are outstanding!!!! Highly recommended for anyone seeking effective and personalized weight loss solutions. He is professionalism and attention to individual requirements of clients at this centre ensure a overall satisfying experience.

Absolutely unprofessional, they take appointmentments without checking with the employee's availability. Very lazy attitude of the receptionist there , makes customer feel unwelcome. Although the service has been good for Haircuts and Pedicures in the past. Such recurrent experiences ruin the image.

I would like to share my review for the VLCC Kalyani Nagar Centre and my hair specialist, Triveni. The centre is very well-maintained, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment. In December 2024, I had a Botox hair treatment session with Triveni, and she did an exceptional job. I am extremely satisfied with her service and look forward to availing more treatments in the future.
