Yami Beauty Parlour and Spa

The worst experience. Staff was too rude. Not cooperating at all. Also forcing to take the services as per their convince. I had good experience last time but this time the staff behave so rudely. She was not even ready to applay the wax 2 nd time. No professionalism at all....it seems like the owner have don't any idea about their poor service. They should have learn the basic ethicates. Because you can't say your client to take your napkin ....it's their dutynot our....this not professionalism....will not suggest anybody

I had a very disappointing experience at this parlor. I specifically asked for a simple chocolate wax, but they kept insisting on Rica wax. When I refused, they did my waxing carelessly and provided poor service. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and pushy--it felt like they were more focused on selling Rica wax than actually giving proper service. Very disappointing

Staff are not well coordinated,services is too bad.... Very disappointed guys'd plz don't visit again it's totally waste of money as well time

Im seriously very disappointed with their services , there was one lady called chatri or someone yatri from the new outlet, i was telling her to cut my hair short like shoulder length, all she was doing was blowing my hair with hairdryer and damaging it more. She chopped it off uneven and damaged it hairdryer. My suggestions will do not visit there, they don't have certified employees all they will is do is ruin your hair. The same ruined my friends face doing that threading and waxing, she was bleeding( her lips and eyebrows) were ruined!!! Very disappointed waste of money.

Done the spa in yami beauty parlour and spa, excellent experience &very good interaction. Amazing hair cut and hair colour and all sarvices daily offer, and mainte hygin also we would love to Visit again, thanks yami and staf

There are small cuts on the face and one side of eyebrow is also thin while I frequently requested to only remove the extras.

I want to raise a issue abt the unprofessionalism and the way that lady u appointed at ur parlour. She was so rude and loud. They didn't gave me the visiting of yami beauty parlour just bcs I'll contact with the owner of the parlour and tell her how they behaved with the costomer. After her denying for the card, I showed her the card on the table she handover me the visiting card of Bhagyashri parlour appliances which is in the Kothrud. Please take a action against it. She didn't had a professional ethics how to treat costomer even.

Most 3rd class service ever.....clean up and d tan price total amount 550 and massage only for 10 min and not giving proper massage.... ridiculous service and girls ever ....don't go
