While they are skilled with a ustra (razor), they struggle with shaping and evening out uneven beard hair. Almost every time, there are small mistakes that lead to minor cuts and bleeding. This isn't a one-time issue but something I've experienced across four visits with different stylists. The salon has potential, but attention to detail and customer preferences need improvement.
