Terrible Experience - Highly Unprofessional and Insensitive Staff! I am extremely disappointed with the way this salon treated my mother. She went in for a body spa, and due to her allergy-related marks (which are completely non-contagious and harmless), she was made to feel uncomfortable and insecure. Despite her clearly explaining that her condition poses no risk to others, the owner insisted on wearing gloves just for a simple hand and foot massage. This was completely unnecessary and offensive. Feeling hurt and humiliated, my mom decided not to take the spa and said, "Let it be." As if that wasn't bad enough, she decided to give them another chance and visited the salon after few days for a hair wash. Shockingly, without informing her, the staff again wore gloves--this time while washing her hair! This was not only unprofessional but also physically painful for her, as it hurt her scalp. When she realized what was happening, she was devastated. How can a salon, which is supposed to provide relaxation and care, make a customer feel so humiliated? It is absolutely disgraceful that a professional establishment would treat a paying customer with such insensitivity. Instead of providing comfort, they made her feel worse about something she is already struggling with as a medical issue. A salon should be a place of care and relaxation, not discrimination and humiliation. I strongly urge people to think twice before visiting this place. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when they are already dealing with a personal medical condition. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service is shocking. This salon needs to train its staff properly on how to treat customers with dignity and respect.

As I m medico person ,I would like to share my own experience was fabulous .I really appreciate owner of Aarya ,she is simply great ,the way she did my facial very scientific way ,very carefully and very honestly .I don't have word to express my gratitude to her . At the end I can simply say she is wonderful .

Very nice and very hygienic salon in Ratnagiri, very advance techniques are use in this salon owner is very talented . And also good for children also. Must visit
