Services: Facial, Nail polishing,brow Amazing beauty studio does an excellent job with nails and facial,face massage was the best I had.....and they providing decent service , while maintaining excellent level of hygiene. The environment there was quite relaxing. The owners is very considerate and accommodating to people questions and requests also she is amazing and she goes above and beyond for her clients, with the multi talented staff Everyone is really friendly and make you feel welcome.

I recently visited this parlour for hand and underarm waxing, and my experience was quite disappointing. The process was painful and resulted in rashes and bleeding. Additionally, standard procedures, such as trimming hair before waxing, especially for underarms where hair growth is thick, were not followed, which added to my discomfort. What upset me most was the disrespectful behavior of the staff. The owner made an unnecessary comment about my nails, which was unprofessional. Moreover, I overheard her calling me a "bhalu" just because I had a lot of hair grown, which I found highly offensive and disrespectful, especially given her audacity to pass such comments in my presence. A parlour should be a place where customers feel comfortable and confident, but my experience here was the opposite. I left feeling very dissatisfied and won't be recommending this parlour to anyone. Please work on improving your customer service and hospitality.
