Explanation of the hair fall was good. Staff is kind. Well managed... Well the medicines are too much costly. In 499 they provide a yearly free followup but the ask to conduct the tests outside which are too costly. They call the customers for the follow up but if they don't attend they dont take the feedback .

very bad experience, they were only good while taking money, no services after transplant, they promise me that they will provide me 1 year service in Ratnagiri and when I back after my transplant from their another clinic in Pune I found their Ratnagiri branch closed, I paid double fees to them comparing market rates just considering I'll get service in Ratnagiri, not only that, even they didn't bother to a single call for follow-up whether it's success or not or, I loosed my hard earn money, time and efforts and no proper results I really disappointed

The doctors explanation of the problem was very clear & satisfactory. The line of treatment advised was all encompassing, including guidance for food & other nutrition for hair. Overall the experience was very good.
