Went here for gel nails since I had to go out of city of an event and was having in mind what shade and art I want. They were not having the exact shade so went for what they recommended and the very next day it started getting out from the top part and there was no shine left. I went again within 10days as next day i had to leave for the event. They just denied to fix it and the lady was so rude. I usually get my nails done from some other place but recently started coming here and would not recommend this place for nails at all better to try some other options in less rates as they charge more and deliver low quality. These type of staff talk rudely with clients and the owner end up loosing the regular clients

I went to remove my acrylic nails recently, the professional peeled my skin while filing the the nails, was rough at handling and asked for manicure service if i needed finishing around the nails.

Muskan / Dilkash is an amazing beautician with hands-on massage therapist. I had been absolutely thrilled to have her today as my side. Along with her I would recommend Dipali for her services for pedicure and waxing. And Chetna for exquisite nail art.

I went to this place for my hair coloring last week. My first time visit and I was fairly disappointed. The hair specialist was good, did a good job. But the vibe of this place was so unwelcoming that I would probably never go again. The staff exhibited no personal connect, no warmth, not even a smile. When there are so many salons in close proximity to this place, why would I bother to choose this place again which didnt try to have even a professional connect, let alone personal touch.

I took global hair color service and after keeping the color for more than 45 mins my greys didn't go away. And next day it doesn't seem I got my hair colored at all! Feeling so disappointed..... spent 3.5k and came home with hair wash and blow dry I guess ..... never going there again!!!!

Pathetic service and no response from staff on asking for hair color rates very unprofessional wasted my time

I did my nail extension on 17th December'23 and within 1 week it started peeling off alongwith the extension. Very poor service

The stuff is police and courteous I had been thier for hair colour n they have got me done with a classy brown shade . Faiz the hair stylist is extremely knowledgeable in terms of what suits your skin tone n shade Shall definitely visit again Today visited for facial n de tanning ..... muskan too good great service must visit Relaxing n energising
