I did ny gair highlights from here. Service done was good however the suggestions given by the staff was not very good for the money they charged. Also their price card showed 2 k for highlights however when they told some other price per strips. The two ladies were also unable to tell me the amount of strips that would be required approx based on my hair. So they happened to put strips whoch costed me almost 9k just for hair highlights , also they did bot give me the color that I wanted. So later I had to revisit since I did not like the color , they were kind enough to recolour my hair for free and give me the color I wanted. but overall not worth the price and time wasted. Proper information not given , instead the staff is more involved in getting their targets completed. One of my neighbour also did bridal make up from chitraz however the people working here did not take the bride up for Mehndi , asked her to come back again at another time- wedding being the next day. The wedding day their shop was closed, they change their time last moment , stating they will come at a later time. Not acceptable tantrums and problems. Rather pay same amount and get timely and good service from a proper brand.

I will never recommend chitra salon for bridal makeup packages... As well as beauty services as well global hair color and highlights.. My over experience is very bad i haven't seen any business women the Owner of this chitra salon is such a greedy women for the money instead of providing good services to customers n make them happy.. I found her such a greedy Lady for money.. My latest experience was bridal make up package worth rs 13k.. N she kept me waiting for 2 hrs just for gel polish that too paid service.. She kept me waiting saying her staff had walking client once it get finish she will finish my services... I had global hair color 6 months back with same branch it washes away within 2 wash.. And my hair becomes rough like zhadu... I had to do treatment for my hairs n I had paid rs 3500/- for that... In bridal make up owner her self was arrogant and she was sweet while only taking money once she got full paymnet she treatmented worst she doesn't have sense how to talk with their customer. 2ndly i experience brahmamd branch none lf the staffs stays more than 2-3-6 months... Worst salon worst staff as they new they are not going to stay more than 6 months so they do client services as juss sake of doing it.. They did highest expensive price facial for me as bride and there were no half body massage i am still wondering... My bridal make up was done by Ashwini but just sake of doing job.. She was also about to leave in a month span... Saree drapping as well make was not good it was not even stayed 2 hrs.. Saree drapping was also epic each n every lady commented was not good... and forcefully they asked to say good about them n shoot video... Friends i juss told the truth of this chitra salon... Highly not recommended otherwise u will regret
