We took the haircut from Pankaj. The service was for myself,kids n my grandmother. He did a very good job. Very polite and professional at the same time. Suggested us the haircuts as per the texture of hair and the face cuts. Just loved the overall experience at Crimson Salon. A big Thank You to Pankaj.

I regularly visit Crimson Salon to avail beauty services. In My last visit I had wonderful experience.. I had done global hair colour and highlights. Pankaj help me in selecting hair colour and done highlights as per my requirement. I wanted very basic and offical look. He did great job.

I have taken my hair color service from Pankaj (Balayage) & i have never loved my hair more before than i do now!!! Perfectly done just the way i wanted... and Also with his hair cutting technique, it looks even more amazing (feather hair cut) !!! The best part was the wella plex treatment.. my hair is so smooth and soft even after coloring!! As i say alwaz that I completely trust Crimson!!! Tried O glow facial from Pinky Yadav & she is an expert in facial massage.. Her hands are soft & warm which was an add-on of the wonderful experience

I had been to this saloon for a blow dry, after waiting for 40mins I was called which is understandable due to festive season. The women who initially came to comb my hair repeatedly started stating that my hair had a lot of nots. It seemed like she was not interested to remove the nots and blow dry my hair. She started asking questions regarding the same and kept on talking about the nots. She also asked me questions on when I did my hair wash and asked to get an hair spa done and also spoke about the dandruff I had openly in front of other clients around, which I feel is very unprofessional. Later she sent another men to do my blow dry and he was indeed good with the service he gave. After all of these I was about to pay 250 which was informed to me over a telephonic conversation with them and the same women asks me to pay somewhere around 300-400. I deny to do soo and she makes a call to the owner explaining her about the nots and the time it took to remove the same so that they charge me more for the same. My suggestion for the saloon is kindly add on blow dry without nots and with nots pricing on your brochure. And also train your staff on to how to provide good customer experience.

I had got done global highlights at Crimson last December so I went to do touch up today. The hairdresser did an excellent job I fell in love with my hair And as usual Shashi (owner) was really helpful I am her customer since many years now I totally recommend Crimson Salon if you want to pamper yourself
