This was my very first experience in here. I was initially afraid as my skin is very sensitive and reacts very fact with new things but pinky ma'am took care of that and I received a really good facial. My experience here was fantastic. Definately visit again.

I had the absolute misfortune of visiting Komal Salon and Clinic, and let me tell you, it was an utterly dreadful experience. The staff there should be awarded a gold medal for their remarkable ability to discriminate and treat customers like trash. Why, you ask? Well, apparently having mild eczema is a sin in their book, and they decided to make sure I knew it. From the moment I walked in, I was met with stares that made me feel like I had some sort of contagious disease. The so-called "professionals" at this establishment have clearly never heard of empathy or customer service. Their behavior was so rude and uncalled for that I couldn't help but wonder if they were trained in the art of making customers feel miserable. And let's talk about their claim of being a clinic as if they picked up a medical dictionary, skimmed through a couple of pages, and suddenly felt qualified to diagnose and treat skin conditions. Their lack of knowledge about actual skin conditions is both astonishing and dangerous. If you value your self-esteem, your skin, and your sanity, steer clear of this sorry excuse for a business. They've clearly mastered the art of terrible service and inadequate knowledge, and they deserve all the negative reviews that come their way.
