I had a wonderful experience at Glamor Haven Salon! I went in for a manicure, pedicure, laser facial, and hair spa, and every service exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout. The manicure and pedicure were done with such precision and care -- my nails look flawless, and the relaxing foot massage was a bonus! The laser facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing, and the specialist explained each step, which made me feel completely at ease. As for the hair spa, it was incredibly soothing -- my hair feels softer, shinier, and much healthier. Will definitely be returning!

It was my 3rd visit to this salon and experience was not good apart from my 1st visit. My 1st visit was only hair wash n blow dry, so nothing much of experience. 2nd time i called them before reaching asking them if they do gel nail extention removable, the lady who picked my call said yes please come and even confirmed by booking with timing. When reached the lady in reception said they haven't started nails section. I was travelling from Lower Parel my ofc to thane. It was not acceptable. Then today when I had to do my hair spa n hair cut I had visited, as I stay 2 min away from the salon and I had flight to catch so choose this salon again. But again disappointed, I couldn't do hair cut as hair spa took soo long, anyways at the end billing time i was charged 2250 but when I saw the price chart it was 1500+ before taking the service i assured the lady is it 1500 and gst ,she said yes,she never told be it will be extra according to my hair length. It clearly shows that every staff is in different page. No one is trained to attend clients. Its very easy to open a salon n give an asthetic look, only thing u need is capital. But to give an extraordinary service to have repeat customer is difficult. Suggestion please maintain quality rather than show off coz now a days a small vicinity has almost 10 salon, so easily customer will switch .
