When you are in a new city and in dire need of beauty services, choosing a salon becomes a Herculean task. It's either a Hit or a Miss. Fortunately for me, choosing 'The Makeover Factory' was a 'Hit'. They responded well and followed up well. I went for a detanning facial and hair spa right after they opened for the day. Manju attended me for the facial. She was smart and quick on uptake. She understood my needs and my constraints & gave suggestions accordingly. I would vouch for her service and recommend her name to my closed ones or anyone who asks me for an advice. I don't think there's higher praise than this. Chandan attended me for my hair spa. Normally, hair spa guys are talkative and upbeat, but Chandan was gentle. It was a refreshing change for me. He was thorough with the work and attended me quite attentively. All in all, I am glad I chose this salon. If I am in this area again, I would definitely visit again.

Me and Husband visited The Makeover Factory for the first time and our experience was really amazing. The staff is very nice and the their work is very good too. My technician was Shrutika for waxing and facial, she is super sweet and excellent at her work. My hair wash and blowout was also good.
