I am a regular at The Salon for my haircut and always have experienced unparalleled excellence, and I am beyond impressed with the level of perfection they bring to the art of hairstyling. Sachin the hair stylist always takes the time to consult with me, offering valuable insights and suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process. The precision with which they cut and styled my hair showcased a mastery of their art that is truly commendable.

Till now it's good. Yesterday I booked appointment for hair cut and beard trim. I reached at time. but that time Sachin already took some running customer. I was still okay for waiting but Sachin asked me to wait outside of the studio @12.30am. sachin was really rude. I will retuned back at the same time. There are plenty of good salons available in hiranandani. Be careful next time. If you can't respect customer then your salon will be closing soon no doubt.

One of the best salons around Hiranandani estate, staff is extremely well trained and polite. I've recently done my nanoplastia treatment for my extremely long hair and trust me when I say this it's one of the best care and protein treatment I've gifted myself. Special shout-out to Sachin, Abhishek and Shreyansh for entire experience I had at The Salon! Keep up the good work guys...

I highly recommend hair cut, spa, colour and pedis. Abhishek and Mithun do an amazing job with hair, they are very kind and patient when it comes to listening to clients. Loved haircut service, but the waxing was the worst experience i have ever had, they insist on doing rica waxing but the AC cooling not at all for Rica level, which caused skin tear. The lady was not at all trained, i had to recheck even for a small patch if its done properly, and every time there was remaining hair, there were many big patches of hair she had left out , even after coming from salon i am discovering left out hair strands on my hands. And she was unnecessarily continuosly and throughout trying to sell me her services. Which was very very annoying.

I wanted to get a mani & pedi so I called up 'London Nails' but was told that only the gel polish will be applied at their salon and I need to go next door to 'The Salon' for getting the manicure and pedicure. It's quite crammed and for the mann & pedi I was sent upstairs. Nisha the beautician was clueless to the point that she didn't even know how to file my nails to the shape I wanted and ended up cutting it so short. She kept saying when you go for your gel polish they will shape it for you. I realised that she wasn't trained in mani/pedi but only maybe in facials and waxing as she kept asking me if I wanted to get a facial or body massage done. Later I came to know that this salon is only a few months old and owned by the sister of 'London Nails' salon. When I went next door for the gel polish the staff there tried to rectify the uneven shape of my nails to try and make them look presentable. Overall a very bad experience at The Salon and I regret going there. Wasted 999/- for poor service! Maybe they are good for men's services but ladies I wouldn't recommend getting a manicure or pedicure there unless they have staff specifically trained.
