Very very bad experience at this place. I got so many things done like Nanoplastia, hair highlights and O3+ facial. I can't say one thing was done professionally. I have attached the pictures of my nanoplastia below which clearly shows curled and wavy hair. When I approached the owner, he suggested to send pictures but after that he's not answering my calls and not opening my WhatsApp messages. Very unprofessional staff and manager. Not recommended at all. Reply to the owner's response : First of all i never came to your salon multiple times in 2-3 months as I was in India for only 1 month and in Mumbai for only 10 days. I did all these treatments in one day and spent 8+ hours in the salon in one go. When I left the salon I did raise questions and asked your staff as to why my hair color is not matching to what I showed initially and the staff reassured that within few days the highlights will get lighter (which they didn't) and the Nanoplastia will get better with time. But when I washed my hair after 2 days, I found my hair curled and wavy from lots of areas and I immediately called the salon. When I visited again, Iqbal (your so called rude and unprofessional manager) reacted very rudely and even the guy who provided services to me behaved in an unprofessional manner and asked why I didn't like the services. I explained again and again but he just agitated and was banging doors,things. After talking to them I realised that its a waste of time and resources to stay there and sort things. I never threatened anyone for writing negative reviews and asking for refund. I feel that if a business is open and a client is not happy with your services, your top priority should be to sort things and rectify the things which needs to be made right. But this very reply from the owner shows unprofessional behavior and false allegations upon clients. I have also attached the pictures of what I hated to get done and what the result is of my highlights for the review.

Despite a language barrier and my western ignorance, this place provided exactly what I wanted. The hair, beard, and style was perfect. We used pictures and gestures to communicate. Absolutely wonderful experience.
