I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with the service I received, especially considering the high rate of Rs.350 for a wash and normal hair dry. Firstly, the hair wash was not done properly, leaving my hair feeling greasy and unclean. Additionally, the drying process was inadequate; my hair was not dried properly, leaving it damp and frizzy.

Worst experience with my balayage, which is not even a balayage. The colour has faded in less than three weeks.The stylist's lack of attention to detail was evident in my experience. TOverall, not recommended for those seeking a satisfying salon experience.

super unhappy with how the balayage turned out, the colour is fading off in less than 2 months, bleach was used without cautioning me. The owner dresser is unresponsive to a lot of questions, poor service and also tries to sell products to you at a premium. Avoid if you can

Super expensive with poor quality service. I was asked to take membership card for a year and delivered poor service at half price. I would recommend any other parlour in the vicinity. They all are pretty good in comparison to this spa.

Best parlour...!!! I love the service also the salon is very clean and nit the product which they are using is also a good quality and the overall environment is exactly what we want when we go for relaxation

Poor quality service. I won't recommend this Spa. And that too expensive considering its area and locality. I got a much better service at reasonable rate at one the Spa in Andheri.

It was my first time to this salon, but the staff was so good that i didnt felt the same. I must say Rakesh is an amazing stylists and colourists.. He had done a great work on my hair. I spend almost 3hrs but it was worth being der.. Thanks for the pampering and additional treat. keep rocking guyss
