Harsh Hair&Tattoo Studio Unisex Salon And Academy

I went to Harsh for highlights and showed him the shade I wanted, but he said, "You're very dark-skinned, this color won't look good on you. I'll tone it down a notch." I didn't respond, but he still went ahead and did whatever he wanted. The result was horrible - he made my hair look like I'd applied henna. Firstly, what kind of hairstylist comments on someone's skin tone? It's the client's choice what they want to do with their hair. There were other clients there, and I didn't appreciate him making a comment like that in front of everyone. The next day, I personally called him and told him that the color he'd done wasn't visible at all, and my hair looked like I'd applied henna. I told him that many people had asked me what I'd done to my hair, and that it looked bad. I said I'd trusted him and gotten the color done, and this was the result. Now, all he cares about is money. There was a time when he actually cared about customer satisfaction. He told me to come back tomorrow and he'd fix it, but that would only damage my hair further. Who fixes highlights in just one day? I asked him for some time, saying I'd get it done after a few days After that, his wife started speaking to me very rudely. She has zero respect for anyone.. She was speaking to me as if she was doing me a favor by fixing my highlights. I don't know what kind of hairstylist they are, but they don't even know that you can't do highlights back-to-back, you need to give it a gap. Totally unprofessional. They're always making videos, and it seems like they'll only give good treatment to those who are going to feature in their videos. For others, they'll just do a mediocre job and be done with it. Totally fake people I feel sorry for their staff, they're nice. But the owner speaks as if they're doing you a treatment for free.

Service at Harsh's salon is extremely poor. Right in front of me, a lady shared her hair concerns, but he ignored her and insulted her in front of other clients. He makes comments on people's skin tone and changes their hair color without their consent. Save your time and money by avoiding this salon. He lacks basic manners and so does his wife. She claims to be a hairstylist, but doesn't seem professional in any way. These people have no fear of God, and will take your money without any regard for your satisfaction.. even on the day of highlights I also went for waxing and cleanup.. I got bumps all over my face ..he uses expired and fake products.. even the wax seemed expired

Love the way you treat your each and every customer Also the staff very approachable It's been more than 3 or 3.5 years I come to your salon and never find a need to explain anything to you because as usual I trust you and your services very blindly @harsh_hair_studio24_academy God bless you and may you achieve more and more success in your life
