VL Make Up Lounge & family sallon

I've been their loyal customer for almost 2 years now. Best salon, best staff. And why am I writing this review? Lucky draw me free hairwash mil gaya, toh uski Khushi manayi jaarahi h . Still, services wise staff wise and cleanliness wise, it's the best!!!

Very lazy, rude and arrogant staff. Below average quality service. No hygiene. No professionalism. They are just sitting to charge you money. When it comes to service they are least bothered. Even simple things like waxing they cannot do properly. The waxing lady kept forcing me to do an expensive wax when I denied as I have a very sensitive skin and have got blisters using that wax before( which that lady knew cause she only caused blisters last time) , she started being rude and did my waxing in a very incorrect way that caused me pain, just because I chose a cheaper wax which my dermatologist had asked me to use. Pathetic place. Won't recommend to anyone.

Went for Hair Spa - Staff was good! Massage was good! Only if the duration was a bit longer, I'd have given 5 stars.

not satisfied at all went for clean up only they charged 1000rs for cleanup!!! even the staff seems to be very lazy and very rude to me, like she is not interested to do but doing only for money.. did my cleanup in less than 30 minutes like i paid 1000 rs for 30 minutes? are we kidding?

I did a hair spa from this salon and it was very expensive delivering below average service. Massage was not done properly & took 1000 bucks for poor service and quality

Today, i enjoyed a relaxing hair spa and pedicure at VL make up Lounge and Family Saloon. It was a wonderfully soothing experience!!!
