I went for a simple trim since Women's Day was the next day. I clearly told the stylist that I did not want to reduce my hair length, yet after making me wait for an hour, they cut my hair much shorter than I wanted--now it's only shoulder-length. I feel terrible losing my long hair, especially when I had only asked for a trim. To make matters worse, they charged 550 for this haircut, which was definitely not worth it. If you care about your hair length and preferences, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I've had mixed experiences during multiple visits. While the staff is talented enough to give you the service you need. Sometimes I've felt I've been rushed. Recently I went for a root touch up. Michelle is an absolute gem who gave me good advice on other hair related service, she was gentle with my hair and the entire experience was good even though it was just a basic service.

I went for pre bridal and it was huge disappointment. The person assigned was way too in a hurry to finish everything. Skipped many things. While the manicure pedicure, the scrub was not done. Dead skin was not removed. And she didn't even know how to apply nail polish. It went outside nails and on the skin. Base coat was not applied. And by the time I reached home, nail paint was already gone. During facial, nose was not cleaned. It has been 4 days now and I can't see results yet. Waxing has left many areas untouched. People seem to be too sweet but sorry to say whatever was promised was not delivered. Service is not worth the money spent. Highly not recommended.

Very disappointed with service inspite of instruction staff doesn't bother also staff doesn't have courtesy to apologize shouldn't appoint anyone without having knowledge they don't understand the difference between thick and thin they have missed basic primary education.

First time visiting here. Very genuine staff and helpful. Did my hair spa on their first day of reopening, the best until now. Definitely recommended. Worth it!

The owner, the staff, everyone is extremely caring and perfect in their work. Whatever treatment you are looking for, they provide you the best. Very trustworthy, dependable people. They do go an extra mile to make you feel important.

BEST in town. Being their customer for so many years. Haven't felt the need to hunt for new Hair Salon anytime. They know their work and they do best.

good products used, polite staff, well trained professionals, had an excellent experience without waste of time. Facial with back massage was very relaxing
