I had a very disappointing experience at this parlour. The staff members were highly unprofessional and made the environment extremely uncomfortable. They openly spoke negatively about customers in their native language, which felt both rude and embarrassing. The hairstylist displayed a problematic attitude throughout my visit. She began cutting my hair without even spraying water and rushed through the process carelessly. The result was far from satisfactory, and to make matters worse, she was gossiping with other staff members during the service about how dry my hair is and passing negative comments like i am careless about my hair. Overall, my experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this place to others.
