One of the worst experience that I had I have roamed around the globe but have never seen or felt such a horrible service in my life! Had gone for a hair wash & blowdry the gal on the counter told me to wait as her sir would come but unfortunately he didn't turn up after telling her she started washing my hair and just to buy time till her sir comes it took her more then 15min to wash my hair and 8min with hair mask afta that her sir comes on his king time and to my shock my hair was left wet in the name of blow dry. Never Eva gonna visit this place again

I went for a pedicure and the staff lady who did it kept telling me that this one will be a very light procedure and if you want Better than I should get advance pedicure which was double the amount. I went for the basic one but the moment I put my foot in water it was cold...the main part of pedicure is the warm water ...my process was mid way and I called for the manager/owner twice...by the time he came ...he pretended to check the geyser and said knob was not correct so it will come in sometime...but it just took more time. While paying I politely asked him to give a compensation/discount as the service was not correct and the main purpose of pedicure was not served. The staff lady was rude and interrupted that there is no discount, where she knew from beginning that the geyser is not working and even pushed me to get advanced pedicure which luckily I dint go for. The owner told me that we have stars on google review and next time we will take care. As a customer this was really disappointing and NO VALUE FOR MONEY. please beware and if something is off in your process ...make it stop immediately, don't pay for unsatisfactory services. I will not go at this place again after this experience.

Don't mislead customers. If any part of the service is missing--like hot water for a hair wash or pedicure--you shouldn't inform them halfway through. You should inform them before starting the service. Charging full price for incomplete services is unacceptable. Also, don't direct customers to check Google reviews; if we're not satisfied, those reviews don't matter. Clear communication and staff training are essential for good service.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent nanoplastia hair treatment I received during my recent visit. The results are fantastic, and my hair feels incredibly smooth and manageable.

Mahendra ji was amazing! In love with my hair! So happy I finally found someone who does my hair right! So happy with my hair botox !! Highly recommending. Worth the money.

The salon had a very pleasant atmosphere, we were greeted warmly at the entrance. They also provided quality service at a reasonable prices. We also met one of the owner Babli, who was the key reason behind the wonderful experience. Highly Recommended!

Recently I had my hair cut by Mahendra. He did very well also the salon is clean, staff is professional. Do visit. It's the best place in Virar.
