I had washed my hair multiple times and i always like it because female staff are kind and gentle and they know how to do it but today i decided to do a haircut with hairwash i had oil in my hairs they havent charged me ever for my oily hair which i appreciated always but today this one male staff told me that it will be additional charge i ignored it thinking it might be some new changes so i did my hairwash and haircut was done by a this one particular male staff please train your male staff if they're in so much hurry for lunch they shouldn't work he didn't even cut my hairs according to my face cut or face frame he just did like i told like trim the damage part i want curtain bangs but he just did flat straight cut in my front temple hair female staff always suggest that's what i was used to he trimmed my hair too short and now I'm so underconfident about my hairs i wish i could get a refund but from now on i won't visit again!! I had been visiting this salon since 2022 but today my experience was the worst!!

For men - They mishear what you want to say because , They want to cut a common style (small hair at sides, spike in middle, v shape behind the neck, line on the scalp etc), Nothing fancy about the salon, better you go to your nukkad salon (the one who has been cutting/setting your hair for past 25-30 years).

No hygiene, dirt everywhere, less interested hair dressers, unprofessional male hair dresser, unnecessary fighting in front of the customers, no AC. Not recommended at all. Worst part is the unhygienic and smelly atmosphere across the salon. And worst service.

I have been there before Diwali they said smoothening will cost around 1500/- bcz its in offer. Later they said my hair is rough better to go with keratin along with smoothening i agreed. Charges were 3500/-excluding hair wash. It took almost 5hrs for this.. nxt day after wash my hair was normal like before ..i went there & showed them my hair they again applied keratin n 2hrs of procedure. Now just after diwali that's in one week of time my hair started looking like before from lower ends. I mean if these people doesn't know how to handle client or usage of products etc.why are they wasting unnecessary time. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE.MOST OF THE TIME STAFF KEEPS FIGHTING FOR PRODUCTS. N HYGIENE IS ZERO.

Affordable place with quality service, you will not get this service for the price in whole Virar. Haircut is for 59 and Shaving is for 39

Went for haircut and the staff was very rude came back without doing haircut and went to locks and lustre same price and with kind staff. And ac was also not working at all very bad experience

Worst service ever i was went for head massage and the staff said mam you can do hair spa i said i dont want to do hair spa as he said mam acha hai apke hair freezy ho gaye hai thoda stsam bhi mil jayega and massage bhi ho jayega i said ok as he did my hair spa only in 20 mnt and also put oil in cream and just wash my hair and ask for 700 rs worst service ever.... I never did hair spa like this...they are fooling the people.

Staff treated very badly.very rude staff.so unprofessional.. kindly treat properly.. don't be in hurry.. they were treating like they were giving a free treatment
