We had a terrible experience, and my sister was in tears on her big day due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of this service provider. There were numerous hidden charges, and they did not stick to their word. Initially, they called frequently to secure the booking, but once we made a partial payment, they unexpectedly increased the charges. After the first makeup session, they insisted on full payment immediately, which is unfair--especially on such an important day. A bride should be able to trust her makeup artist without being pressured for money. For my sister's second makeup session, they only did minimal touch-ups and hairstyling--no saree draping, nothing extra--yet they still charged 5,000. The experience was extremely disappointing and overpriced. If you want your special day to be joyful, choose professionals who respect you as a person, not just as a source of money.
