Last month after seeing google review I went for a haircut..... They told me to wait so in the meantime I thought of doing threading... I explain the salon girl which shape I prefer but later she ended up my brow into something... Upon seeing that i almost got teary eyes... I left the salon with my other brow undone n they ask me to get the haircut but i didn't answer them n jst left the salon.... Worst experience ever..... I don't even feel like rating one star

I will not recommend to anybody....... Had a very bad experience! Went in for an haircut but unnecessarily adding treatments while washing hair and charging extra.wasted my time and money!

Hair Botox ,I took the treatment on August 2nd week 2024, they asked me to visit the salon 3times n they give me the dates on the 1st day I pay 2k , next day they started the treatment for my hair on this day I pay 4K n after the Botox treatment my hair was still not up to the result so I told them it was not up to the expectations so they told me to visit after 2 days to wash my hair at the salon on the 3rd day they again use the treatment for the 2nd times on my hair after seeing the results as it wasn't up to the result which it should be , after the Botox treatment I started facing a lot of hairfall , the price is also too high as I hav thin hair with less volume n my hair length is also not that long , m giving this review as I m not satisfied after paying too high for the treatment thinking that I will get a best result, n the result is worst as m facing a lot2 hairfall, after the treatment also they wer asking me to use the products which they were selling for the best results for the hair treatment I took, ended doing hair Botox at a high rate which was my worst of worst as m facing a lot of hairfall, even though I paid 6k for the treatment if the result was good I won't b thinking of the amount I paid , but due to the problem I m facing now I hav to write all dis things , even after telling them the problem I m facing after the treatment they are asking me Wat shampoo n conditioner I m using ?? I hav also did hair Botox recently on February 2024 at only 2.5k but I didnt hav this kind of problems, n also I use my on shampoo n conditioner which suit me I know coz I don't hav much hair fall like now which is Terrible , lot more to say but I will end up here, High price not good , staff are not well train , I thought Newlarc was a professional salon but only 1 person May b professional but others are only doing part time with no knowledge

This place is such a good place to visit for your hair therapy, haircut, etc. The owner Mr. Amit is such a nice and kind person that i have ever met. They treat every person very nicely and equally. I will suggest you this place at the top list if you are in Imphal.

U did best treatment..... the best salon in Imphal very professional worth money

After wearing box dye for long, I went for a full colour treatment. I shared my likes and dislikes and how I wanted my hair to be fully dark, almost black but with a tint of brown for reflection. They studied my hair and consulted thoroughly. I did not hesitate to tell absolutely what I wanted my hair to look. And the results are beyond my expectations. My hair feels healthier, bouncier, silkier. It looks gorgeous, classy and gives off Lana Del Rey vibes. I love the attention, the service the patience. And Amit is truly a hair wizard. Thank you

Highly disappointed, this was my first visit to this salon and made me realise that it was a mistake. First of all i went for a haircut and the girl asked me when did I washed my hair and I told her today itself then she was like they are feeling sticky so we need to wash it here now (which was not the case ) so basically they will force you to do so! One of the worst places to go for a service. The staff is below average and I observed the staff attitude is so casual and unprofessional. The entire experience depends upon the staff quality. we expect some standard but here it was just like walking into some shady below average unknown parlour. it was a terrible experience. I wasted 1000 for nothing Not at all worth the money!!!
