Ian a regular customer of Lakme but this time I had a Horrible experience. They use cheap products. The wax strip was substandard, it was breaking in between leading to unkempt and broken hair behind.Felt cheated, went because of the brand value however found it worst than the local beauty parlour. Please don't cheat on your loyal customers.
