Fantastic customer service. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Full face threading is my favourite and very well done. I also opted for a head massage and felt that it was a bit expensive (700/-) for just 20 mins of massage. It should atleast be of 30 mins. The massage was good and I had just started to get relaxed when it got over. Since my massage was done around 5.15 pm I felt it was bit rushed as it was almost their closing time. I would continue to go there as I am satisfied and happy. I would advise people to do a prior booking as there is always waiting. Both the times I went there, I had no appointment but they booked me in with no problem. The ambience is clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend.

If you have no other duties, no job, no responsibilities or if your life has nothing but leisure time, you can go here. Otherwise DON'T. We waited more than 3 hrs to get 2 haircuts, even after that much waiting we manage to get one 1 haircut. Worst place ever.

I have been regular here for 2 years. That speaks.
