Worst experience ever. I did my nail extension, but the nail technician was not professional at all; they needed more training. If you are charging 2k for nail extensions, then it should be worth the charge. I asked for a nail extension, and they just put only the fake nail clip and left it like that applied polish and then charged me 1600 for that which the next day it came off. I get my haircut from this salon, and I have no complaint, but the nail technicians need more training.

This was new year and I really need a haircut I had long beautiful hair but I wanted emo cut. The owner, the old lady did it for me. While she was cutting my hair, she did not do as instructed and end up doing it really bad. She did it in such an unprofessional way my hair were all cut uneven. I got more hair to my left side than the right., ended paying 600+100 for threading. I had to cover my hair for a week by tying it till I could find a better hair stylist. Worst experience, very unprofessional and careless staffs. Even though she knew I was not satisfied, she did not care. They don't care about customers feelings or looks. I don't suggest anyone of you going there.

I visited the salon last week. Very polite staff but very low quality of service. I had manicure & Pedicure - very uncomfortable seating arrangements. I couldn't even see my feet while having the services done simultaneously. I had cut on my finger and big toe during the mani- pedi. After repeating also that it has gone deep dont push, they repeated that. Being an beauty trainer by profession - i can say both the ladies were bigginer and not worth the charges for services. I had gel polish on my toes but the application looked like done by not a professional, but a bigginer work. Charges were high comparing to the service quality.

I am penning down my experience , I felt today when I was there at your place. Your hospitality felt so warm and via the new hair styles I got today ,I feel confident.Thank you so much for the dedication you all put into making my frizzy ugly hair feel alive again I'm glad I chosed your parlour.

Overpriced n very low quality of service !!! Dude for a pathetic eyebrow threading that owner herself charges 100 bucks, for a nothing but 5 seconds threading with no eyebrow massage ie complete process in threading compare to the price she charges . I would prefer to spend close to the same amount in a branded salon/spa than to ever visit this salon again!!

Worst experience,do not recommend. I asked for a simple short haircut but they cut layers now I'm insecure about my hair and I don't ever want to go out.
