Bad hair cut, cut was not done by the owner but by her assistant even though hair was oily no hair wash, hair cut just opposite to what it was told to her, towards the end hair was set I believe to cover up, with no hair serum application at the end. After my first hair wash realised it was a mess had to get my hair trimmed again from different place just to overcome the mess done with my hair.
