I am truly delighted with the color of my hair; it has exceeded my expectations, and I have absolutely no regrets about the choice I made. The overall ambience, including the surroundings and environment, was exceptionally pleasant. Moreover, the people present were remarkably friendly and welcoming. Altogether, it was a thoroughly positive and memorable experience.

I showed them pictures of what i wanted and explained that I wanted the color purple to blend with my hair. They bleached my hair according to how dark my hair was and explained how to take care of my bleached hair. I am really satisfied with how the color blends with my hair. If you're unsure if a hairstyle suits you, you can request for test strands. Overall, Im very satisfied.

I have visited Platinum Unisex Salon many times and I'm so impressed with their services. The salon offers a very relaxing atmosphere. I opted for a haircut and the staff are very attentive, especially Lari providing expert advice on a style that would suit my hair and face shape. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality beauty services.

I went for shaving my beard and came back with one of the worst salon experiences of my life. The staff is pretty untrained He did not even know how to run the blade, how much the quantity of foam is required on your face. I had to give him directions on how to start trimming the beard first and then shave it. I got back home with a half face shaved, 2 big BLADE CUTS and a bleeding face. I had to literally stop the barber to stop in between. And guess what!!! I paid full money for my bleeding face!! And later on I was even informed by the owner that I had some pimples on my face, which leads to a cut on my face. SMH!!
