Worst staff. Almost burnt my body while waxing. Oh wow this is just great! Just because I asked for a discount before booking, the owner has the audacity to question my integrity. FYI, I made the appointment yesterday so clear your memory before accusing. No foul words were used. Also the staff agreed whatever happened was wrong. They were too scared of their owner to even talk to her. The staff is not trained to wax which was very clear from their actions. I myself know how to wax and could've walked away the moment they started waxing. But i did not because i was a regular at the salon. But never again!

I took my daughter here for getting her ready for the school annual day and the place is good with friendly staff... they gave a perfect hairstyle to my daughter and got her ready aswell... they helped her in wearing the traditional dress and then did her makeup... If you like to pamper yourself with luxurious services with affordable rates then Varte is where you visit.. most recommended...

Today I was very disappointed because I went there and I am the member of varte salon I have the silver card and I wanted to redeem my card, so I did my root highlight and my premium facial. After finishing I asked them to redeem my card for the facial and it was OK but when I asked them to adjust my highlight with the couple spa they said it cannot be adjusted as I have to pay by cash for the highlight, but before we joined the membership they said that we could adjust with other services from the add on. So what I want to say here, please before the customer join the membership, please mention clear what service they will get.Today it seemed like varte cheated on the customer so please be careful.overall service is good.Thank you.

We booked waxing services that generally takes maximum of 30 mins but the service was so slow that it almost took 2 hours. The wax was very hot and burned when applied. The owner was very rude and dismissive when we talked to her. If I could give zero stars I would have.

I have had my scheduled hair cut there for the past two years. The staff are polite. And recently, I dare say that whoever is the girl who cut my hair in July, she has gifted hands, because my hair has reduced in hairfall and grown at a faster rate than usual.

Today's appointment was very disappointing because the hair that that I showed in the picture couldn't match a single bit after it was done. They should have told before cutting my hair that it cannot be done as I wanted, after cutting they told me that they couldn't do that haircut as I have to shorten my hair a little bit. Last time i.e on Feb,they cut my hair so good that I couldn't imagine it would look that great but I don't know today and that too the hair styling today is not good. Keep improving otherwise everything else is good.

My recent salon visit was disappointing, to say the least. Despite being told my basic hair spa would cost 1500 rupees, I was charged 1800 after the service. The staff's lack of expertise was evident throughout, from their poor communication about the products to their overall service. Hygiene was also a concern, as the employee handling my hair with the mask, then touched my face with unwashed hands. Additionally, upon researching about the spa mask used, I found it was neither worth the price nor up to standard. It's my hope that they prioritize their customers' satisfaction and refrain from misleading practices in the future.

Had the best haircut here! I was so happy with how it turned out and the owner and the staff was so nice and sweet. Will definitely come here often!
